Challenge
First-time guests do not understand the menu, so they choose the safest item.
What we would change
Use a picture-led menu, explain signature dishes and show how to enjoy them.
What we would measure
Signature dish mix, average check and guest sharing activity.
The practical plan
We would select three dishes and write a one-sentence explanation for each: flavor, texture, portion and who it suits. The same language appears on the menu, Google listing and social posts. Short videos show serving or pairing in a useful way, making the first order easier without flattening the culture of the food.
Execution checklist
- Interview staff about common ordering questions.
- Photograph three signature dishes and portions.
- Add plain-English menu descriptions.
- Film two how-to-order and pairing clips.
- Run a small local tasting or creator visit.
- Compare dish mix and repeat visits monthly.

Illustrative scenario. The images are general visual placeholders, not proof of a current client engagement. Targets are planning assumptions and will be replaced by verified data in a real project.
